➢ Interviewing and evaluating potential talents across different job levels. ➢ Sourcing and scouting suitable candidates through various methods such as job sites or social media etc to fill open positions. ➢ Conducting interview through various methods – face-to-face, Skype, phone / video call etc. ➢ Input candidate's data & information into HR system for progress tracking. ➢ Introduce or recommend positions to candidates with relevant experience. ➢ Arranging interview session between client and candidate. ➢ Conduct reference and background checks on candidates when required by Client. ➢ Attending recruitment events and job fairs. ➢ Build relationship and keep candidates informed about their application status. ➢ Collect documentation such as PDPA form, certificates, and other relevant forms from candidates. ➢ Achieve monthly individual target & KPI.
1. Source talents through various channels, including job boards, social media and referrals 2. Engage in full cycle of recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement and all hiring process 3. Perform initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for shortlisting candidates 4. Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations 5. Arrange accommodations, meals, and flights for staffs 6. Assist in the organization and facilitation of disciplinary sessions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws 7. Ensure timely and accurate data entry of employee information, and payroll-related details 8. Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of issues
1. Recruiting activities and strategic workforce acquisition projects, processes and programs to fulfil business needs and organizational priorities 2. Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts, identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization 3. Sourcing the candidate from internal and external database 4. Participate in a variety of Employer Branding events such as university career seminars, career fairs, strategic alliances with schools, and so on. To work closely with different stakeholders to make sure that employer branding activities are high-quality and new in order to attract talent 5. Support and take full charge of internship to build strong recruitment pipeline with the intern’s trainee to attract and retain them 6. Partner with department heads to understand their staffing and workforce planning needs (Internship) 7. In charge for newly join intern onboarding process starting with pre-onboard, orientation and welcoming newly hire, and ease newly join transition into new role 8. Responsible for overseeing the entire internship recruitment process, from sourcing through onboarding 9. Identify future talent needs; work with recruiting team to develop talent pools and/or social engagements 10. Conduct candidate screening and phone screening on the potential candidate profile
