Additionally, I am a certified Colour, Image, Children & Business Etiquette Trainer, accredited by Image Flair Academy, validated by The International Civility Trainers' Consortium. Conduct etiquette workshop with focus on dining and business etiquette as a passion.
I am responsible in supporting our network of WSET Approved Programme Providers (APP), and seeking new development opportunities to increase the numbers of APP and candidates; safeguarding the integrity of WSET Qualification across Asia. I am also assisting in WSET Educator Training Programme and create WSET brand awareness.
La Jade is my passion project offering training in wine appreciation, children and business etiquette, and personal image coaching. Its mission is to cultivate a gracious society by nurturing children with social etiquettes and empowering young adults and aspiring corporate achievers through these essential skills. Setting up Park90 Wine Academy and making it to become a strong WSET Approved Program Provider in Singapore, year 2021 till 2023. Recruiting learners, teaching WSET wine courses, which also including to the internal staff and managing WSET administration. Key achievements - on-boarded 4 corporates for wine events & masterclasses. Trained 96 WSET Award in Wines Candidates from 2022 to 2023, with 90% passing rate.
My job involved a broad range of responsibilities related to serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals in Southeast Asia - client onboarding, relationship management, while also helping clients to achieving their wine collection. Sales administrative duties including maintaining client database, inventory check, raising invoices as well as daily logistics administrative work using Vinsight and NetSuite by Oracle while actively collaborating with the finance department on account receivables. Organising wine related events, and conducting related marketing activities in attracting new clients and ensuring meeting sales monthly targets. Exceed annual target: FY2021 - FY2022, by +125%
