As a research intern, I developed a strong foundation in digital PCR (dPCR) and gained hands-on experience operating the Clarity Plus system to generate accurate and reproducible results. I conducted over 250 dPCR runs, analysing outputs such as linearity and replicate consistency, while ensuring all work adhered to established SOPs and laboratory safety standards. Through this, I built both technical proficiency and a clear understanding of the scientific principles behind each experiment. I maintained structured documentation of experiments through a digital logbook and project-based presentations, and progressed to conducting experiments independently with minimal supervision by applying systematic troubleshooting approaches. Beyond lab work, I contributed to research and product-related projects by suggesting experimental directions and next steps. I also conducted analysis on the Chinese dPCR market using Mandarin search engines and translation tools, presenting findings in a structured format. Additionally, I communicated technical work through presentations on experimental results and market insights, strengthening my ability to convey complex information clearly in a professional setting.
