Well Workover & Completion, Wellwork Planning & Intervention - Executed & completed Tapis-D workover program (8 wells programs) as part of the last commitment for 2008 Tapis EOR project within approved budget / timeline and pre-defined well objective, involving fishing 30+ years old packers & recompleting well with fibre-optic-cable downhole gauge - Designed inflow control device (ICD), well clean-up plan for new drilled OH completion horizontal wells - Designed, planned & executed non-rig wellwork intervention programs inclusive of slickline, wireline and pumping operation Well Integrity Management & Surveillance - Certified well risk assessor within ExxonMobil community, developed well risk guidance to help managed well risk for aging wells / equipment - Developed well integrity surveillance dashboards to provide visibility to broader teams - Strengthen well integrity surveillance workflow, i.e. annulus pressure surveillance, bleed down test, etc. - Set-up wellhead inspection, corrosion assessment workflow to ensure wellhead external integrity being preserved
Production / Reservoir Surveillance: - Conducted daily well performance surveillance, ensured individual well production target with reference to downhole pressure and gaslift parameter are within the optimum operating window. - Performed daily production back allocation to individual well based on well performance using downhole / surface pressure as guidance. - Validated individual well PROSPER model and monitor well performance (IPR & VLP) - Prepared well by well performance (IPR, VLP, historical production and pressure trending), drive the process of well by well review with multidisciplinary team to determine opportunities and treats. - Delivered real time production surveillance system for Cendor & West Desaru Field - from DCS, offshore/onshore historian (Yokogawa Exaquantum) individual transmitter tag mapping to constructing analysis & charting dashboard (Schlumberger Avocet, Tableau, Babelfish / P2Energy) via SQL Query Programming Language. Reservoir Management & Forecast: - Production short & long term forecast using Decline Curve Analysis (DCA) and simulation model for business quarterly forecasting. - Conducted waterflood pattern balancing using voidage replacement ratio (VRR) analysis. Established a dashboard in OFM to monitor individual waterflooding performance using static pressure as reference. Production Enhancement, Well Intervention & Well Integrity: - Worked in multiple disciplinary teams to identify PE opportunities and strategize well intervention planning. Successfully delivered at least 1kbd of oil increment to West Desaru Field by stimulation (dewaxing), gas-lift optimization & GLVC, system pressure debottlenecking, etc. - Co-supervised well intervention & well integrity program offshore to ensure all subsurface objectives / requirements are achieved in a safely manner. - Chaired in risk assessment workshop to identify associated hazard and practical remediation plans for impaired wells.

Design and Analysis of Belt-Driven Starter Generator: This project is an industry-academic cooperative project between Hua Chuang Automobile Information Technical Center Cooperation and National Cheng Kung University. In this research project, an engine model using belt-driven starter generator is built with Ansys to analyse dynamic behaviour of the system in order to improve the overall vehicle fuel-efficiency.
