PO Optiq MDG : Ensure requirements are clear, and delivery is in line with requirements. Prioritize delivery of services and bug fixes Review specifications and client facing communication for consistency Value Delivery : Coordinate the community of Product Owners (PO) working on Optiq notably by securing efficient communication with program and across streams and teams Coordinate the needs of the business lines & operations across Optiq including the dependency with MIF2 and other initiatives (Agility for Growth or not), in relation with the POs. Also Provide guidance when trade off / arbitration is necessary Provides overall direction, guidance and definition of business architecture to effectively support business strategy. Qualify changes impacting various businesses when necessary. Internal Readiness : contribute to internal readiness of EMS by organizing training, providing details of releases as well as delivery timeline support EMS for go lives and dress rehearsals and task force
Ensuring fair and orderly markets for all Euronext Regulated Markets, Belgium, France, UK, Portugal, The Netherlands and also Derivatives market Monitoring trading of Cash, Debt, Structured Products as well as Index options, IEO’s and Commodities Enforcing Rules and Regulation of the Pan-European exchange In charge of operations for Sigma X MTF (Goldman Sachs), project and service management as well as other MTFs hosted by Euronext Operational and regulatory following of Off Market / OTC transactions reported on Euronext in application of European MIFID Rules Direct involvement as 2nd line support for real-time and non-real-time Market Data products (Cash and Derivatives) in case of Masterfile, Index File Service, Corporate Actions Notices and TAQ. Ensure all technical and functional changes in the area of market data integration are well communicated and understood by the customers but also Initiate and participate in Market Data projects and provide input and enhancements or recommendations Develop and enhance relationship with key developers at customers and seek constant feedback to improve Market Data support and create new business opportunities for Euronext Responsible for review of planned/unplanned changes to the trading and information system that impact Market Data services. Review reports regarding performance, capacity, latency of our feeds both cash, derivatives and indices and perform trend analysis Managing the operational relationship between Market Data and the Customer Support function at Data Vendor, ASP, ESP and Member queries relating to their receipt/management of Market Data both feed or file products on a day to day basis
