• Business operations (end-to-end): Owned core operational functions (tax, accounting, cost management, HR) and established foundational internal processes from scratch. • Korea market & sales strategy: Analyzed local market demand and characteristics, then planned and executed localized sales strategies as the Korea market owner. • Account management & delivery execution: Coordinated with China-based teams to reflect Korean customer needs and deliver products on schedule, functioning as an account manager across stakeholders. • Customer support & product quality: Handled subscription service and software CS directly; served as a pre-release QA tester and bug reporter to improve product quality. • Localization & compliance: Led localization for new products/features to minimize cultural friction; managed KC certification and legal review processes to support stable launches in Korea. • Brand building & exhibitions: Regularly participated in domestic and international exhibitions. Represented the Korea team at CES (Las Vegas), leading meetings with global buyers/partners and delivering product demos. • Subscription business growth: Designed and continuously improved the Korea subscription system, building a recurring revenue model, contributing materially to business growth and sustainability.
Participated as an intern in the K-Startup Grand Challenge 2022, supporting Singapore-based kids-tech company myFirst Technologies, and Nusa Motors, an Indonesia-based electric motorcycle startup. Key responsibilities: • Supported the development and execution of myFirst Technologies’ & Nusa Motors' go-to-market strategy for Korea. • Took part in the full process of establishing the Korean entity, including market analysis and legal/regulatory review. • Assisted with domestic fundraising activities (identifying potential investors and localizing IR materials). • Built communication channels with major local distributors and supported early-stage partnership negotiations. • Reviewed technical specifications of upcoming products and conducted initial market acceptance research for the Korean market. Key achievements: • Contributed to myFirst Technologies placing 2nd overall in the K-Startup Grand Challenge 2022 program. • Awarded “Best Intern” (recognized as one of the top-performing interns in the cohort).
