As an SAP System Operator, I managed and maintained the SAP ERP database integrity by ensuring consistent data accuracy and validity across all records by liaising with cross-functional departments on a daily basis to facilitate data exchange and ensure smooth uninterrupted operations within the Squadron. Additionally, I worked with a 3rd party organisation to digitise the Squadron’s record-keeping processes by troubleshooting software/UI issues and coordinating between the 3rd party and Squadron personnel, which supported the deployment of over 30 tablets. Also trained non-technical Squadron personnel on usage of deployed tablets and provided daily user support for adoption of deployed tablets.
