I started my career building and improving HMIs for critical operations on Navy ships, providing deep insights on on-going events and allowing for the deployment of appropriate responses based on the detections. I then moved onto building a $12M revenue operation in North America in a 4-year timeframe for a European company, leader in IoT hardware + SaaS, providing insights on cold chain events allowing for appropriate responses to be implemented to mitigate potential incidents. What brought me to cybersecurity was the importance of having valuable insights for appropriate response deployment in networks, both on-prem and in the cloud. This is what I focused on at Darktrace for threat detection in critical infrastructure and manufacturing, and today at Gigamon for deep observability into all network traffic to extract intelligence and efficiently deliver it to tools in real time to detect hidden threats and strengthen overall security posture. • Facilitated the opening of a subsidiary company. • Orchestrated the successful deployment and management of a groundbreaking $100k pilot project in the US and Canada, securing the largest project in the group's 175-year history. • Achieved a record-breaking sale of $10M of sensors, gateways, and supporting hardware with $1M of SaaS recurring revenue annually, multiplying by ten the subsidiary company's projected revenue for 2023. • Directed the seamless rollout of 2,000 stores across the US and Canada within a remarkable timeframe of just five months. • Conducted all installation aspects through three subcontractors, including partner identification and qualification, resource allocation, training, and KPI tracking. • Led a team of 15 field technicians working for subcontractors. • Supervised discussions between the technical support team, software design team, upper management, product owners, and customers to roll out new features and correct bugs three times faster than usual. • Supervised internal discussions between five teams (R&D, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, quality) to meet hardware and software delivery deadlines. • Managed all technical and pre-sales/sales/post-sales aspects of a $2M sales pipeline, not including the $10M project.
