I help CIOs and transformation leaders modernise content and process management, connect fragmented systems and put AI on top of their data in a responsible way. What I enjoy most is leadership in action. The day I started leading teams was the happiest day of my life. I have seen confidence return when technology finally works for the people who use it. In a region that once had no attention, we chose to give it love and reinvent relationships so trust could grow. Resilience, fairness and curiosity guide how I lead. My Palestinian heritage and the olive field on my banner image remind me to build with peace, identity and continuity in mind. I mentor women in leadership because opportunity should be earned and shared. My favourite leadership book is The Art of War because behind the battles are lessons in strategy, team leadership and learning from loss. That mindset keeps me focused on clarity, on doing the work with respect and on finding a path forward even when the path is not obvious.
Leading the commercial strategy and business growth across the Middle East & Africa (MEA), with full ownership of regional performance, market expansion, and strategic execution. In parallel, overseeing the Small & Medium Business (SMB) channel across EMEA & APAC through a global digital sales organization based in Europe and Australia, driving scalable growth, partner success, and customer acquisition through a digitally led go-to-market model. Focused on accelerating revenue growth, strengthening channel ecosystems, expanding market presence, and aligning cross-regional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and sustainable business success.

Partnering with global delivery, customer success and presales organizations for SaaS at Rockwell, and overseeing EMEA resources directly. Focus on New Business and existing customer expansion / upsell.
Leading the High Velocity Sales team in EMEA. Overseeing three sub-regional digital sales executives and one EMEA business development representative team as well as the marketing, presales, customer success and implementation services divisions for our digital SaaS portfolio in EMEA. Following a theatre model, my teams cover the full engine from top to bottom of the funnel for a selected part of our portfolio focused on annual recurrent revenue.
