I am a Psychology graduate with a strong interest in understanding human behaviour, emotional well-being, and mental health. I completed my BA (Honours) in Psychology from Abeda Inamdar Senior College, Pune, under Savitribai Phule Pune University, where I developed a deep interest in psychological theory, counselling, and research. I have six years of teaching experience as an Assistant Teacher at Sant Gadge-Baba High School, where I taught Science to students from 8th to 10th standard. This experience helped me develop strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to understand students’ cognitive and emotional needs. Alongside my academic learning, I have completed several internships and training programs in the field of psychology, including work with mental health organizations where I gained practical exposure to counselling skills, therapeutic interventions, mental status examination (MSE), individual case work, and group therapy. These experiences strengthened my ability to listen sensitively, understand psychological concerns, and support individuals in managing emotional and behavioural challenges. My areas of interest include counselling psychology, mental health awareness, and psychological assessment. I am passionate about applying psychological knowledge in real-life settings to help individuals improve their well-being and cope with life challenges. With strong research abilities, communication skills, and a compassionate approach towards people, I aim to continue growing in the field of psychology and contribute meaningfully to mental health support, counselling, and psychological research. I am always open to opportunities to learn, collaborate, and work in the fields of psychology, counselling, education, and mental health services.
