• Performed a literature search into identifying key publications relating to the connectomics of C. elegans. • Helped develop a public Python package to provide uniformatic programmatic access to heterogeneous datasets. • Developed a web interface using mkdocs and the Plotly plugin to help visualise the datasets as either a force-directed network view or a matrix view. • Compared and consolidated the connectomics data within the publications to consolidate the connectome of the adult C. elegans to be presented within a publication
