About

I am the administrator of more than 10 production Openshift clusters. I am responsible for upgrading, configuring and troubleshooting these clusters. I spend most of my time working on ODH (Open Data Hub), an open source mLOPS platform running Türk Telekom's critical AI workloads deployed on two Openshift clusters I manage. My main responsibility here is to ensure that different AI teams can work on the ODH platform in a stable and uninterrupted manner. We also add physical/virtual servers of various models with/without GPUs to these clusters as nodes to serve more projects. We have created a stable architecture that enables various artificial intelligence teams to work smoothly and efficiently on the same cluster and the same ODH. In this process, we went through difficult processes because we could not get enterprise ticket (support case) support due to the fact that the ODH product is free and open source, but these processes were very instructive. I have gained and continue to gain valuable experience in both MLOPS and Openshift cluster management. This MLOPS architecture that we positioned on Openshift is developing and growing day by day and I am happy to have a share in this process. Together with my teammates, we perform Paas(Openshift) and Devops(CI&CD Pipeline) transformations. I work as a DevOps&Platform Engineer in this team. I am very happy to work with Jenkins, GitlabCI, Ansible, ArgoCD, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift Container Platform, microservice architecture and many more up-to-date technologies and this motivates me. I also enjoy reading and doing research on software engineering, software architecture and design, and platform engineering. My favorite feature is that I have a sharing personality. If I know a subject well, I can explain it in a way that those who do not know can understand, and this makes me happy. It's really exciting to tell others what I've learned. Because if you can't explain a subject by simplifying it, it means you don't know the subject completely. I also like to talk about technical issues when I have the opportunity in the team I work with, and I enjoy trying to achieve better with my teammates. In addition to my technical responsibilities, I also organize knowledge sharing sessions, checklists, training sessions and create documents to help new trainees and new employees to quickly adapt to the team and to make the know-how within the team permanent. I enjoy it and I am happy to contribute to the dissemination of knowledge within the company.

I work as a DevOps&PlatformEngineer in the Cloud Platforms Operations team at Türk Telekom, Turkey's largest and most established telecommunications company. During my first 3,5 months at the company, I took an active role in the cloud-native development processes of the "bulutbilisimciler.com" project, one of Türk Telekom's important open source software projects. In this process, I made backend developments in a cloud-based environment with the Go programming language. At the end of this 3,5 month period, I transferred to a different team both because I had been interested since my university period and because of the company's needs. In this new team, we are performing Paas(Openshift) and Devops(CI&CD Pipeline) transformations with my teammates. I work as a DevOps&Platform Engineer in this team. I am very happy to work with Jenkins, GitlabCI, ArgoCD, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift Container Platform and many more up-to-date technologies and this motivates me.
