Skilled in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structures and MEP), Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, BIM Collaborate Pro, Dynamo. I always intend to explore BIM implementation methods and techniques for my knowledge as i found this field interesting to work in.
• Reading mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design drawings, single line diagrams, riser diagrams. • Modeling HVAC, plumbing, piping, and electrical designs in Revit. Creating families in Revit as required in the model. • Performing model-based coordination amongst different building systems using tools like Navisworks Clash detection. • Assisted in collecting data and file management of the BIM models. • Produce dimensioned drawings for layout and prefabrication from the models and prepare coordinated shop drawing oriented 3D models of MEP services for use by subcontractors. • Update drawings according to mark-ups, sketches, and specifications provided. • Create Clash detection reports, Scheduling and Quantity Takeoffs, Animations of 3D models using Navisworks.
• Ensuring smooth running of all the operations in the restaurant by proper planning and evaluation. • Achieve target weekly sales by introducing new deals and modifying existing deals and assisting in new menu implementation. • Responding to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers to happy customers. • Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within goals. • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed by every employee and the safety precautions are up to date. • Monitor and maintain Domino’s pulse system. • Daily counting and keeping a check on inventory, ordering food twice a week according to past weekly sales.
