I work closely with users, product managers, and engineers to untangle workflows, simplify decisions, and build products that help people get their work done with less friction. Key work at Matter included: • Sales CRM across web and mobile, covering lead management, lead nurturing, customer engagement, test rides, bookings, and delivery workflows. • Role-based sales dashboards for Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, and field teams to track targets, funnel movement, source mix, test ride activity, and sales performance. • Battery traceability / BMS web platform to help teams view vehicle, subsystem, component, and testing data. • End-of-line provisioning app for factory-side users, covering vehicle identity checks, firmware status, ECU readiness, and provisioning flow. • Enterprise design system used across internal tools, improving consistency across mobile, tablet, and web products. Worked across requirement scoping, UX flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, dev handoff, QA, and UAT feedback.
