Hi there! I’m Yash, a Senior Technical Lead at Coforge and Lead Engineer on Trinet’s core HR-data platforms. I design and ship intelligent document-processing pipelines and GenAI and RAG capabilities; from chat-based help desks to investor relations financial-analysis agents; that turn messy people-data into crisp business insight. Day-to-day, I bridge product, engineering, and stakeholder circles across Trinet and Coforge, guiding our team through everything from ideation to production release. As a product engineer, I care about building the right things as much as building the things right; measuring impact, iterating fast, and keeping the experience clean. I’m currently pursuing PGPPro (Executive MBA) at Indian School of Business (Hyderabad) to sharpen my strategy and product toolkit.
