During this internship,I was involved in three projects as listed below : 1) Skip control of Blast Furnace at a Renowned Steel Plant : During this project, I was involved in the automation of the SKIP motors as well as the HMI Development of the control of motors. 2) A Prominent Metro rail project : During this project,I was actively involved in the logical development of the BMS control of three stations as well as HMI Development of the BMS panels using Proficy. 3) A famous Cement Plant : During this project,I was involved in the logical and HMI Development of the Cement Packing Plant using L&T's proprietary software ivisionmax.
During this internship,I was involved in the manufacturing process of power supplies for various vendors. At First,I worked in the R&D department which was responsible for the manufacture of prototypes based in the client side specifications. Rigourous testing as per international safety standards were met before the prototype was sent to the manufacturing dept. Later,I was a part of the manufacturing department which made use of FUJI robotics for the mass scale manufacturing of the power supplies.
