I build manufacturing software at Amazon, from the ground up on a fully native AWS stack. It's my second chapter here. The first: 5 years scaling Your Orders and Order Details, pages that handle 110% of Amazon.com homepage traffic during Prime Day. I cut page loads 30%, migrated load balancing to AWS ALB (3x scale, 40% less ops overhead), and designed federation that lets 50+ teams deploy independently. Writing the code was never the hard part. RAID (Robotic Automation & Intelligence Discovery) - Engineered Python RESTful APIs for AI-powered intelligent OCR components in RAID. - Feature owner of Searchable PDF Generator, Document Signature Detector, Table Extractor & Document Category Classifier AIaaS microservices (AI as a service). - Attained 96% overall accuracy in image classification task and 88% in text classification using Deep Transfer Learning (Inception-v3 & Universal Sentence Encoder). 2. Build & Release Automation - Reduced developer efforts by 80% by setting up Gitlab CI/CD pipeline to boost SLK’s product delivery. - Designed YAML script that automated the build and deployment stages with zero manual intervention. 3. Cassandra DB Manager & Web UI - Created a stand-alone web app for the development & production support teams to execute a database query, view the schema, & explore the Cassandra DB right from the browser using AngularJS & Node.js. 4. Chatbot for smart assistance & Functional Specification Document (FSD) Generator - Built Retrieval Based Chatbot for assisting users on a software product using NLP libraries. - Worked extensively on Data Science algorithms like LDA, NMF, and k-means Clustering. - For FSD generator topics were extracted with 70% efficiency. After generating topics, using clustering and summarization, a description of each topic was generated.
