Worked successfully as Mathematics Teacher for the period from 1966 to 1982 in reputed Schools like Nava yug School - an N.D.M.C. project for gifted children. Joined D.A.V college Managing Committee as Principal on 4th May 1982. Established number of Senior Secondary Schools of D.A.V. as Founder Principal/ Founder Manager. Was awarded National Award by N.C.E.R.T for my innovative approach of working in Schools. Worked as Zonal Secretary, Mahatma Hans Raj Aryan Tournaments of U.P Zone. Promoted to the post of Education Officer in the year 1995 and then to the post Dy. Director (Project Schools) in the year 2000 Retired in 2005. Made significant contributions in the writing of Text books of of Mathematics published by N.C.R.T. from time to time. Author of 'Systematic Mathematics published by M/S Sultan Chand and sons - prescribed by the Royal Government of Bhutan in its Schools. Author of Grow with Mathematics for Middle classes published by M/S Arya Book Depoet. Working as Resource Person for Teachers/ Principals seminars/ Workshops etc. Extending consultancy to different Schools/ individuals.
