About

Through my years at Aston University I’ve used my Computer Science degree to build on my passion for technology consulting — not just in lecture theatres, but in the real world. I don’t believe you need a graduate job to build genuine consulting experience. You just need the right problems to solve. During my placement year I founded YazTec LTD with £8,000 of my own money. I designed and manufactured a premium children’s educational reward chart from scratch, sold 60% of launch inventory door to door with zero ad spend, and rebuilt the entire distribution model by partnering directly with schools, who became the bridge between YazTec and the families who needed it most. A third of every sale goes back to the school fund. The principal personally endorsed it. 0% return rate. Now expanding across an academy trust. For my final year project I’m leading a live digital transformation for a community organisation that was running entirely on paper and WhatsApp. I independently produced a full Business Requirements Document, a comprehensive functional specification covering an Android app and web dashboard, and a sprint delivery plan. I’m managing stakeholders from classroom teachers to a governing council, with GDPR compliant architecture and role based access control built in from day one. Real client. Real brief. Real stakes. Before all of that I spent over a year at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions managing SAP ERP data for Nintendo. I maintained 100% data accuracy across 15 months and independently redesigned a fulfilment workflow that nobody had flagged — making operations 20% faster. Nobody asked me to fix it. I just noticed it and did something about it. I also spent four months as a Fundraising Supervisor for Age UK where I personally raised £50,000 and led a team to over £130,000. Fundraiser of the Month three consecutive months. Everything I’ve done has one thing in common. I go in, find the real problem underneath the surface, and I deliver. That’s exactly what technology consultants do — and it’s the career I’m actively building toward. I’m genuinely passionate about how AI and Cloud are reshaping how organisations operate, particularly how digital infrastructure can transform communities and businesses that have historically been left behind. Open to Associate Consultant, Technology Consultant, Business Analyst and Graduate Technology roles in Birmingham and beyond.

Experience

  • Founder & Product Lead at YazTec Ltd
    Sep 2023 - Present · 2 yrs 10 mos

Endorsed by Bseen, Aston University Enterprise Programme. Started with £8,000 of personal capital and no investors. Designed and manufactured a premium magnetic children’s educational reward chart from scratch — custom illustrated, space themed, built to retail quality. Achieved a 0% return rate across the entire launch run. Sold 60% of launch inventory door to door with zero ad spend. When cold approaches proved unscalable I rebuilt the model entirely — creating a B2B school partnership where a third of every sale goes back to the school fund. Schools became recurring venues, parents became repeat customers, and the principal personally endorsed the model. Now expanding across an academy trust. For my final year project I identified a separate problem — a community organisation running their entire operation on paper and WhatsApp with no digital infrastructure. I proposed a full digital transformation and independently produced a complete Business Requirements Document, a comprehensive functional specification covering an Android app and web dashboard, and a 12 sprint delivery plan. Managing stakeholders from classroom teachers to a governing council with GDPR compliant architecture and role based access control. Pilot launches 2026 with a conditional agreement to deploy globally if successful.

  • Fundraising Supervisor at Smile Fundraising Ltd

Personally raised £50,000 for Age UK in four months. Fundraiser of the Month three consecutive months. Led and coached a field team, reported daily KPIs to senior management and drove the team to collectively raise over £130,000. The most valuable lesson from this role was learning to read people quickly — understanding what each individual needed to perform at their best and adapting my approach accordingly. Some needed motivation, others needed technique. Getting that right made the team significantly more effective.

  • Warehouse Administrator at Arvato
    May 2022 - Aug 2023 · 1 yr 4 mos

Used SAP ERP daily across inventory management and warehouse operations for Nintendo accounts. Maintained 100% data accuracy with zero exceptions across 15 months of mission critical operations. Identified a recurring fulfilment workflow inefficiency that had gone unflagged and unfixed. Mapped the entire process independently, diagnosed the root cause, proposed a redesign to management and had it implemented. The result was a 20% improvement in processing speed. This experience gave me hands on familiarity with enterprise software in a high pressure operational environment — and taught me that the best improvements come from people who look closely enough to see what others have stopped noticing.
