Today I work as a Fractional Chief Wellbeing Officer, helping organisations build sustainable performance from the inside out. Bamvelo is a bicycle company where we grew unique eco-friendly smart bicycles for city trips. As a solo-owner I have been fulfilling numerous roles as designer, procurement manager, supply chain specialist, public speaker, business negotiator, sales and (digital) marketing manager, accountant and many others. This sharpened my competence in strategic thinking with the ability to go down to the microlevel of any business process, dive into it and perform the necessary actions /steps with hands-on approach.
In my role as an Independent Consultant I was responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standard procedures for DFKU’s medicine delivery services by using GDP best practices. Accomplishments: 1. Advised on GDP standards and provided GDP-training to DFKU’s couriers; 2. Implemented a qualitative and compliant solution for the regular shipments of blood samples between Diakonessenhuis Zeist and Diakonessenhuis Utrecht; 3. Developed Quality Documentation including SOPs, CAPA/risk management plan.
In my role as Project Manager I was responsible for: - Execution of validation and qualification studies for all aspects of temperature-sensitive supply chain of our clients; - Implementation of risk and costs mitigation plans according to GDP/GMP/WHO/FDA best practices; - Collaboration with Quality Assurance Managers and Responsible Persons from client side and supporting them on GxP Quality Systems related to the distribution activities including continuous improvement programs. Accomplishments: 1. Executed 250+ GDP-related quality projects in 3 years for big pharma and logistics companies in the EMEA region in a timely and qualitative manner thanks to effective use of project management tools and proactive Email communication. 2. Reduced analysis and technical report writing time by 4 times through creation of automated report generation in cooperation with our IT-department. It also helped to reduce the occurrence of errors by 20%. 3. Went the extra mile for each client by providing consultations on GDP/GMP/WHO/FDA standards besides the standard project deliverables. As a result of such customer service, I managed to win a long-term project (3 years) for qualification studies. 4. Created a corporate library of all existing regulations, policies, standards and guidelines (e.g. GDP, GMP, WHO, FDA) in the Cold Chain industry worldwide for both internal and external use. Each new employee was trained using the materials of this library, which ensured the quality of our work according to uniform standards. 5. Managed one additional product of the company (Stationary Monitoring Solution) on top of my main responsibilities on an ongoing basis which helped to reduce labor expenses (one employee salary). Awards: Received a Letter of Recognition for the excellent execution of the qualification projects within the tight deadlines.
