Creating the mood according to the script by writing the lyrics, composing and producing the songs, vocal coaching the actors, and ensuring that the right emotions are delivered to the audience. * Assessing the rhythm, tone, voice, and skills of each actor and developing a good understanding of their individual abilities. * Providing vocal and instrumental demonstrations where necessary. * Selecting, composing, and producing music for the performance as well as PR use. * Leading and supervising rehearsals and performances. * Examining musical scores and developing a deep understanding of the piece before presenting it to staff and actor members. * Arranging music daily according to the changes made, and providing coaching to the actors on acting and singing. Recording MIDI tracks so that the actors can listen to difficult sections of individual parts. * Uploading and updating scores, MIDI recordings, song lists, and reference recordings to Drive on a weekly basis. * Evaluating 13 actor members every week individually and providing in-depth feedback so they can work on their performing skills to achieve higher stages of excellence. * Recording the actors' voices and arranging and mixing them to match the songs.
o Supervising all operations and ensuring that the location is safe and equipped for hosting events. o Supervising the operations of productions and responding to any incidents or queries.
Setting up and running rehearsal schedules; Procuring props and assisting in set construction; Compiling and operating the prompt script; Taking charge of the show; Running the backstage and onstage areas during performances; making sure what is supposed to happen during a performance happens and handling any problems that occur; Calling actors for rehearsals and performances; Maintaining and replacing props and costumes as required.
