Currently proud to serve as a Associate Marketing Manager Affiliate & Partnership EMEA at the renowned sports brand New Balance. I work on building and optimizing our affiliate program not only from a performance perspective, but also by improving processes to make it easier for our partners to work with us and grow together. I collaborate closely with our partners, dive into data on a daily basis to inform decisions, and enjoy the creative discussions that come with building strong partnerships. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly why I love what I do. I work across the full affiliate funnel, with a particular focus on upper-funnel partnerships. While this hasn’t always been the traditional approach within affiliate marketing, it’s exciting to be part of a time where the channel is evolving. At the same time, mid- and lower-funnel partnerships remain just as important, and I continue to work closely across every stage of the funnel.
