As a full-time Ballet and Dance Instructor, I designed and led structured classical ballet and modern dance programs for children aged 3โ14, while also delivering Latin dance training for both children and adults. I transformed dance education into a system-driven, performance-oriented development journey tailored to different age groups and learning dynamics. Beyond technical instruction, I built a disciplined yet psychologically safe learning environment integrating artistic excellence, emotional intelligence, and character development. I developed semester-based curricula aligned with performance milestones and led end-to-end stage productions โ from choreography design and rehearsal strategy to costume coordination and final execution. Working closely with children with special needs, I conducted individualized one-on-one sessions, applying inclusive education and integration methodologies to support their physical, emotional, and social development. Through adaptive teaching techniques, I facilitated their active participation within peer groups, strengthening both confidence and social belonging. Managing multi-stakeholder environments including students, parents, and stage production teams, I strengthened communication, organizational leadership, and operational planning skills early in my career.
