I am a passionate people manager with a strong drive for developing people and high-performance teams. I currently lead LinkedIn’s MENA Customer Success team, partnering with LinkedIn strategic clients to serve as trusted advisors for their talent strategy across Talent Acquisition, Talent Retention and Talent Development. In my role at LinkedIn, with my team, I support the broader community in driving economic and social success by connecting career opportunities with the right talent and upskilling the workforce to be ready for the future. Striving to make a positive impact in our society while also driving LinkedIn’s vision and mission. With an Engineering degree and a Masters degree in Management; my professional work spans across 15 years of experience as a Business Consultant and Customer Success Manager partnering with clients in the MENA region supporting businesses and public sector entities in overcoming different operational challenges and driving business value. I have always been passionate about numbers and data and equally obsessed with people development, mentoring, and psychology. Outside work, I am a proud mom of two amazing kids: Celina and Matteo, my main advocates and motivators and the reason why I co-lead the Families@LinkedIn chapter and led the process LinkedIn Dubai office to be awarded a Family friendly label by the UAE government.
I lead our LinkedIn Customer Success team based in Dubai. My team manages clients across the Middle East and North Africa region and advises our customers to maximize value from our LinkedIn hiring and learning solutions to achieve their talent strategy and objectives.
