1) Voucher Execution - Communicate with Category teams(Daily Campagins) to issue vouchers on request and validate information of requirements - Manage all Voucher creation for Shopee MY. Including Vouchers for internal Use, Events, Partners, Media Buy & PR. Ensure all vouchers are create correctly upon live Date. - Assist in urgent request for voucher creation. -Support Yearly Mega Campaign creation. EG: CNY, Raya, 9.9. 10.10, 11.11, 12.12 -Accommodate on working long hour shift shift and execute the request during every campaign period. - Identify loopholes or false information of the requests and cancel them from further processing - Cross check team members' voucher creations to ensure data integrity and accuracy within internal system. - Brainstorming with the team and team leader to solve voucher/rebate related issue and improve voucher processes for efficiency and effectiveness of the team. - If there are any bugs on the BE System, Will need to inform Feature team and report to Manager about that. - Inform Feature team on what kind of improvement on BackEnd system needs to ease our Day-to-Day Task. 2) Onsite Marketing -Assist in Shocking Sales Arrangement (flash sales) after the team has locked the SKUs to go live. Will need to prioritise brands of the day first. - Set day-to-day promotional in-app feature settings such as Daily Check-in (Coin Rewards), refresh the brands by weekly. Upload promotion banners at Coins Rewards Page. - Assist Official Shop (OS) team with Keywords & homepage brandbar arrangements (weekly rotation), daily users whitelist and upload graphic logos on back end.
Handling with most restaurant reservation, greet guest according to their language and depends which hotel they are calling to as Galaxy Macau consists of few hotels. In teleservices of Galaxy Macau, we has Galaxy Main Line, Okura Macau Main Line, Banyan Tree Mainline and Broadway Mainline and we need to greet them according. Besides that, we need to provide the accurate information to the guests. We also need to follow the Forbes standards while communicating with the guest.
