- Review And Provide Report For Firmed And Planned Sales Order Align Schedule Per Production Capacity - Create And Update the Production Schedule For long and Short Term Horizon - Review And Renew Planning Data and Parameters In Oracle System And Ensure That Standard Work Processes Are Strictly Adhered to - Ensure to review material status, BOM, Router, Pick List, Consumables Needed Prior Releasing Job Order. - Responsible In Updating Work Instruction, Planning Procedures And Ensure team compliance in specs procedure. - To Identify and implement cost savings alternatives and process Improvement for existing operations
- 3 months materials planning and critical materials execution. - Work with Master Planner on customer demand loading. (Commit 3 months shipment / sales target) - Work with Direct Sales Customer Service on Demand Fulfillment - Work with procurement teams on all the materials in order support Production demand - Monthly Shipment Target (Monitor / follow up with production Planner / scheduler to make sure hitting target) - Leading production planner / scheduler on resolve issues to achieve Weekly / monthly company target
