Well, if it has a power cable or a connection, someone in one of my teams will be working on it (E.g. advanced analytics/AI, ERP, automation, digital innovation, eCommerce, CRM, data mgmt, industry 4.0, cyber security, connectivity, end user devices,...)       In this role, I added the Data team to my pre-existing portfolio and reported directly to the OpCo MT. Key achievements: • Digital: locally developed applications approved by (G)D&T to be rolled out to all OpCos • E-commerce: new full B2B e-shop for our existing customers • Data: designed data blueprints as pioneer OpCo, special focus on operational databases for front-end applications • Cost reduction: reduced run costs by renegotiating contracts and switching solutions • Reorganisation: co-lead the reorganization of the OpCo, into one of the first D&T organizations in HEINEKEN. Design focused on insourcing capabilities as covid demonstrated the need for that. • Agile portfolio mgmt: delivered an approved full OpCo framework to be rolled out after covid • Capability building: built all content for the Global Digifit tooling, and provided feedback and guidance on UX for the solution
