Financial audit manager – Industry - Worked as audit team manager on legal audit and advisory engagements for a large panel of industrial sectors (Thales, Technip, Rémy Cointreau, Ingérop, Alma Consulting Group, Goodrich, Lundbeck…) with (i) international exposure and (ii) specific expertise in long-term contracts - Financial and accounting due diligence for corporate clients, relating to acquisition, disposal and refinancing transactions - Conducted engagements to design and deliver costing tool for mature and new products in industrial companies - Financial statements audit in French GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP - Team management (2 to 8 persons), development of client relationship - Project management : monitoring of engagement budgets, scope of work and work programs, audit strategy planning and risk identification - Internal control assessment and identification of improvement area for the client - Drafting of synthesis report for client meeting and final client deliverables - Validation of legal and financial documentation (Financial statements, Management report, Press release) - Other activities : training facilitator, sponsorship of juniors and recruitment
