➴Responsible for the effective coordination and delivery of the Global LKQ Information Security Program across LKQ DACH and LKQ Benelux-France (Fource); work in a matrix organization both as a Manager in the Regional IT Leadership Teams and as part of the global LKQ Security Team. ➴Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members for professional development. ➴Manage LKQ’s security governance structures, policies, processes, toolsets, and reporting metrics ➴Foster a robust security culture; facilitate annual security training, phishing simulations, guidelines, and corporate communication ➴Responsible for security risk management with internal and third parties, incident response planning, and enterprise security assessments ➴Provide strategic risk guidance for projects and changes, including evaluation of technical controls and treatment of security gaps
