I have spent 20 years in sport retail, working in several stores, with different responsibilities, from sales assistant to store manager. Those experiences, combined with pair's acknowledgment, gave me a lot of confidence in my capacity of managing teams and achieving profitable business. As national sport leader, I could combine my passion sport - trail running - with a great job aiming at making running sports accessible to the many, in a complex omnichannel world. This goes through mapping the market, identifying the best offers matching with local needs, relying on the best supply solutions (the good product, at right place, at the right time, through the best distribution channel) and marketing/communication strategies, that are key to publicize our offers. My new role as sport market availability leader is more supply chain oriented, ensuring the best product availability whether offline or online, taking account of past and current business, but also network stock capacities, etc..This is a very learning challenge in which many actors are playing, from production to final client.
