Lokalis is a Residential Real Estate Operating Company focused on buying and managing apartment buildings in Grand Paris. Started from zero in 2018 and now managing around 1,000 residential units. Built a great team and processes for operations, with in-house investment, property, construction, and finance departments. Target investment volume of €80M/year, backed by institutional capital.
