R&D Voice communication Department. Software developer of military features in a large R&D team dedicated to develop the MTBA (Moyen de Télécommunication des bases aériennes) network operated by the french armed air forces based on PABX OXE. The air bases transmission network modernization program (MTBA) was designed to provide air bases and sites "air" attached fixed communications. It comprises a set of modular stations connecting to a mesh network automatic reconfiguration in case of interruption of traffic on a branch. Launched in 1992, the program include thirty-nine MTBA stations about hundred and one Air Force sites and six movable stations (MTBAd).
