Operations Manager at national level, leading the coordination of industrial projects across France, from commissioning to final close-out, covering a portfolio of 50 to 100 client sites per year. Positioned at the intersection of operations, technical expertise, and finance, I directly contribute to country-level results by ensuring financial targets are met, optimizing existing contracts, and driving cost-reduction initiatives, while also supporting European operations. Responsabilities : = > Leading multi-site operations and coordinating a team of approximately 12 employees, along with multiple internal and external stakeholders = > Driving profitability through contract analysis and identification of cost-saving opportunities = > Overseeing resource allocation (personnel, equipment, logistics) to ensure efficiency and cost control = > Selecting, managing, and evaluating suppliers and subcontractors = > Conducting technical and safety audits across industrial sites to ensure regulatory compliance = > Designing and implementing HSE processes from scratch, leading to achieve MASE certification for 3 years on the first audit = > Promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset at national level = > Structuring and monitoring back-office processes (operations, maintenance, sales)
Maintenance Manager of a fleet of mobile water equipment. => Update of trailer compliance papers.
