Operational coordination, resource allocation, schedule, cost and contract monitoring Oversight of on-site execution, compliance with drawings, standards and specifications Engineering & Studies: management of technical studies, coordination with internal and external engineering teams, integration of regulatory and environmental constraints Identification and management of required permits, coordination with utility stakeholders
Drafting of technical specification positions and bills of quantities for the tendering and submission phases, in collaboration with other departments. Development of detailed method statements and execution plans considering constraints, intervention phasing, scheduling, resource allocation, and management of project-specific technical interfaces. Operational and regulatory oversight of contractors and subcontractors, enforcement of control protocols, management of site contingencies, and coordination of activities across various trades (civil, structural, MEP, electrical, etc.). Engineering studies aimed at defining optimal construction techniques (e.g., trench shoring, temporary works, specialized access systems, lifting plans, site logistics) responding to site constraints, architectural configuration, and urban or environmental context.
- Intégration des principes généraux de prévention dans les choix architecturaux, techniques et organisationnels. - Définition des sujétions afférentes à la mise en place et à l’utilisation des protections collectives, des appareils de levage, des accès provisoires et des installations générales, notamment électriques. - Coordination et prévention des risques liés aux activités simultanées ou successives, ainsi que des modalités d’utilisation en commun des installations, matériels, circulations verticales et horizontales, moyens logistiques et protections collectives. - Veille à l’application correcte des mesures de coordination définies ainsi qu’au respect des procédures de travail qui interfèrent.
Déploiement des systèmes de gestion HSE (Vision, Objectifs, Stratégie, Processus, Méthodes et outils) sur la création de la Final Assembly Line A321 en substitution de la FAL A380, dans un contexte anglophone.
