Currently founding creative technologist at Imaginae Studios (an independent label of Fremantle), leading the development of AI-native IP, creating original formats and story-driven content through advanced production pipelines. Focused on bringing cinematic craft and authorship into the next generation of entertainment. As an Innovation Director (AI, Creative Technology), I help companies transform emerging technology, most recently GenAI, from strategy through to real-world creative products and operational deployment. I also lead cross-disciplinary teams to conceive and deliver digital products, creative tools and interactive experiences for clients such as Samsung, Adidas, Fidelity, Barclays, Pizza Hut, Richard Mille, Brisbane City Council, Which? and Elton John. My career spans agencies, studios, research centres, and startups, from tiny to global, in both permanent roles and for years as a full-time freelance consultant. Outside of work, I’m deeply engaged with the digital art community, creating and collecting art and supporting artists.

• Formalised and expanded GenAI governance framework and usage policies adopted across 200+ person agency, enabling compliant AI integration across all client work • Drove GenAI adoption across growth, strategy, creative, and production teams, embedding AI tools into end-to-end workflows, reducing production timelines by up to 40% and heavily decreasing reliance on external vendors • Led GenAI and creative technology R&D while training 50+ colleagues on implementation, delivering 30+ projects ranging from internal pilots and client pitches to production deployments
• Led cross-disciplinary teams delivering interactive products and experiences including Samsung and Amazon enterprise learning platforms (25K+ users), Adidas wardrobe builder, and Pizza Hut's official Roblox experience • Initiated GenAI governance and policy framework, establishing foundation for agency-wide AI adoption • Drove global GenAI R&D and adoption across EMEA, Americas, and APAC by establishing a cross-functional AI Taskforce, resulting in agency-wide tool adoption, internal AI-powered products, and workflow improvements that reduced reliance on external vendors • Participation Board member on agency-wide initiatives.
