• Developed a MATLAB toolbox for MATLAB scripts and the main functions include: capturing data runtime provenance automatically in an execution run; representing provenance data using semantic data model; querying data provenance in relational database and in Prolog format; and data visualization; • Worked on scientific workflow data provenance research project funded by DataONE which provides access to data across multiple member repositories, supporting enhanced search and discovery of Earth and environmental data; • Investigated the approach for reproducing scientific workflow runs by generating multi-level provenance graphs, i.e., prospective provenance graph, hybrid provenance graph and retrospective multi-run provenance graph; • Techniques: MATLAB, Java, SQL, Prolog, SPARQL, RDF, RPQ, Jupyter notebook, Docker, Graphviz.
• Proposed a new approach for multi-tenant cloud deployment using constraints, feature modelling and XML filtering techniques; • Results demonstrated that our approach can automatically and correctly identify cloud system configurations that match tenant-specific requirements and the time complexity was significantly reduced compared with the existing approaches; • Techniques: cloud computing, software-as-a-service, multi-tenancy, feature modeling, XML filtering, Yfilter.
