• Manage global shadow payroll for internationally assigned employees across multiple countries • Coordinate monthly compensation, benefits, and tax data collection and ensure compliance • Communicate with local tax authorities, external vendors, and client HR teams • Ensure accuracy of data in global payroll systems • Advise clients on payroll compliance and resolve process-related issues
• Managing end-to-end benefits administration, including life insurance, medical care, benefit platform, and employee capital plans. • Overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, including collecting payroll data and data validation. • Coordinating the Reward & Recognition process, collaborating with HRBPs and managers, developing data collection processes, processing monthly rewards, monitoring budget utilization, and facilitating global communication. • Managing the Social Fund (ZFŚS). • Executing the annual salary review process. • Automating processes through improvement projects, such as medical care insurance process automation and R&R data analytics and visualization tools for creating reports on rewards usage and budget utilization. • Participating in onboarding and training sessions for employees. • Collaborating with payroll and benefit vendors, as well as internal stakeholders such as HRPB, Talent Acquisition, and Finance. • Conducting job evaluation and maintaining job matrix using KF and Mercer methodologies. • Preparing and analyzing both cyclical and ad-hoc reports.
