Started my own practice after gaining a deep understanding of the gaps in the market — particularly the need for stronger project leadership, better alignment between design and delivery, and more strategic support for private clients and public–private teams. I realized I could deliver complex projects end-to-end, independently and without supervision, while offering a level of care, clarity, and hands-on involvement that traditional offices rarely provide. My practice brings together architecture, design management, owner’s representation, and development advisory, allowing me to guide clients from early strategy through delivery. I work closely with developers, private clients, design studios, engineering teams, contractors, and institutions to ensure decisions are strategic, risks are managed, and projects maintain momentum from day one to execution. What I do: • Align client vision with strategy, feasibility, design, and delivery • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in architecture, landscape, engineering, and environmental specialties • Manage schedules, deliverables, risk, procurement, and critical-path decisions • Represent client interests across design, permitting, tendering, and construction • Structure and guide public–private collaborations and institutional projects • Support development strategy, business cases, and project finance conversations • Build partnerships with design studios to pursue and deliver complex or high-impact work • Provide architectural delivery and hands-on leadership for selective small-scale projects My approach is simple: clarity, alignment, and accountable delivery. I bring 15+ years of international experience across Mexico, London, the US, and France, from large mixed-use schemes and masterplans to public-space interventions, hospitality, and complex residential developments.
• Managed diverse design projects in education, residential, and mixed-use sectors at Gensler Latinoamérica. • Led strategic initiatives, including the “Taller de Alcaldes - 100 Days Workshop,” to strengthen public-sector engagement. • Oversaw project finances and contractual proposals, ensuring timely delivery and team leadership. • Drove business development efforts through bids, proposals, and quick turnaround of additional work services.
