Singapore
I’m a physiotherapist also known as “The Ninja Physio”, the name behind my Instagram handle @theninjaphysio - where I share insights on rehab, performance, and the stories behind real comebacks. I hold an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy and a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science with Merit. My journey began in my teenage years, driven by a deep curiosity about how the body moves, adapts, and heals. I spent years learning from clinicians across different fields, building a foundation rooted in curiosity, compassion, and purpose. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with high-performing athletes, recreational sportspeople, office professionals managing chronic pain, and older adults striving to move with confidence again. Whoever you are and whatever level you’re at, I believe care should meet you where you are - adapting to your goals, needs, and pace. I’ve worked in some of Singapore’s busiest clinics, providing treatment and performance support for professional athletes at major events including the HSBC Rugby 7s, World Gymnastics Championships, and FIBA 3x3 Basketball. I’ve also supported Team Singapore athletes in their lead-up to the World Championships, Southeast Asian (SEA) Games, and Asian Games. Before stepping into the world of physiotherapy, I represented Team Singapore as a national Wushu athlete - proudly flying our flag on international podiums at both the SEA Games and Asian Games. That journey shaped who I am today: disciplined, resilient, and empathetic. Having experienced injuries and comebacks firsthand, I understand the physical, mental, and emotional process of recovery - and that’s what drives me to help others rebuild strength, confidence, and control of their bodies again.
Certified Coach by the Singapore National Wushu Federation. I have worked with beginners and high performance athletes over the years.
