Project:- Hotel Content Team Description:- The Hotel Contents backend team is responsible for managing and maintaining the data and content related to hotels within Priceline.com. Our primary focus is on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of information presented to our customers on the platform. Role and Responsibility • Lead a team of 10+ engineers in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge products, resulting in a better customer experience and revenues. • Developed and implemented AI-driven solutions to improve the quality of static content, resulting in enhanced user experience and increased engagement. Project :- Customer Experience Engine Description :- Rule based A/B experimentation platform that is being used for both Inbound as well Outbound customer flows. For outbound we have support for all 5 types of modes of communication (PushNotification, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Browser Notification.) While for Inbound multiple experiments are being supported (i.e social Nudge, Facebook Ads, etc). Project :- DataPlatform Description:-It is a Big Data platform which is responsible to capture and maintain all transactions (click Through/Backend) of any User. This data can be used for multiple Analytics and experiments.
