Yogesh Agrawal leads WW Business for NVIDIA's GPUs and AI solutions in enterprise data centers. His focus is on Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail, Media and Entertainment. Previously, Yogesh was VP/GM of Big Data and solutions group for the multi-billion dollar storage division of HPE. Yogesh also led strategy for HPE's storage division. Prior to HPE, Yogesh held VP/GM roles at EMC and Symantec. In these roles, he led global teams across product management and engineering. At Symantec, Yogesh also led Product Management for the CommandCentral product line. Yogesh joined Symantec through the acquisition of VERITAS Software, where he led alliances and business development activities with hardware and international partners. Before joining Symantec, Yogesh served as the director of product management at Jareva Technologies, a leading provider of server provisioning software, which was subsequently acquired by VERITAS. Prior to Jareva, Yogesh co-founded LanWorth, an internet based solutions provider for the forest industry, where he served as Vice President of Products and Strategy and led the product management and development efforts at the company. Prior to Lanworth, Yogesh was a strategy consultant at Adventis, where he served several large clients such as HP, Global Crossing and Michelin on their wireless, services and channel strategies. Previously, Yogesh spent six years in engineering positions at Silicon Graphics, Inc. where he developed high-performance compilers for the company’s new architectures. Yogesh holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, where he graduated with the highest distinction. He also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, India. As VP/GM of the Big Data Group, Yogesh led engineering and product management teams for big data analytics and object storage, on HPE's compute and storage platforms. As VP/GM of the solutions group for the multi-billion dollar storage division of HPE, Yogesh led the shift from point products towards application centric solutions for hybrid infrastructure, dev/ops, data protection, video surveillance, analytics and workplace productivity.
As Vice President of Strategy for the multi-billion dollar storage division of HPE, Yogesh led deep segmentation and assessment of storage & hyper-converged market, made build-versus-buy recommendations and invested through HPE’s venture arm.
Yogesh Agrawal was Vice President and General Manager of the Management Software Group within the Enterprise Storage Division at EMC, and led a global team across product management and engineering.
