Responsible for Online Shopping Loan & BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) product management and all financial products’ visibility/findability (inc. Loans, Credit Card&BNPL) on Hepsiburada end-to-end screens. Working closely with the Technology & UX teams on the development of existing & new products, and with category teams for sales/performance increase
• Managing the APP & Web postpaid & prepaid tariff change journeys, identifying the requirements, working agile in squad closely with frontend/backend developers and UX/UI designers. • Design, develop, test, roll out and optimize app & web, journey flows and conversion funnels. • Identifies and prioritizes stakeholders, builds sustainable relationships to drive increased business performance and best value outcomes. • Develop customer insights by implementing and using a full range of data sources such as user research, A/B testing, transactional data, and online behaviour models. • Using data and analytic tools effectively (Adobe Analytics) to resolve customer issues and to identify and eradicate unnecessary challenges. • Leading IOS&ANDROID release process. • Preparing and presenting digital performance & new project presentations to Vodafone Global and Turkey teams.
Responsible for General Purpose Loan, Overdraft and Shopping Loans (online&store) product management. Managing the entire product line life cycle, developing strategy from inception to completion of the products. Conducting financial feasibility analysis and preparing policies for new projects. Implementing new marketing campaigns for acquisition, upsell, cross sell, cont. sell and retention for customers and also to increase profitability. Created new channels for customer acquisition and to increase GPL sales (online shopping loan in Samsung.com, Hepsiburada.com, N11.com, Teknosa.com, Gittigidiyor.com and etc., ). Determining the pricing strategy, managing product portfolio & profitability for achieving budget.
