- Mentored and trained debaters in Chinese-language parliamentary debate formats - Designed and conducted weekly training sessions, mock debates, and performance reviews to help team members refine their skills. -Led the team to victory as Champion in the 2025 27th National Secondary Schools Chinese Debate Competition (Sabah State Round), along with other national and regional competitions.
-Drafting cause papers including divorce petitions, affidavits, and summons. -Drafting Tenancy and Sale & Purchase Agreements. -Drafting Letter of Demand, Letter of Opinion and Letter of Correspondence. -E-Filing -Liaise with clients, legal clerks, and government departments (Land Office, JPN) to complete filing and service tasks.
