1. Process sales orders such as sales price application internal approval, set up production order for production team regarding the Pos 2. 1.Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with market trends and company objectives. 2.Manage the administration of compensation & benefits including the processing, recording and reporting. 3.Manage day-to-day C&B operations including attendance & leave management, payroll processing & taxation, social securities, etc. 4.Establish and optimize job grading system and salary structure in accordance with company developing demands. 5.Responsible for on-boarding & off boarding overall process; ensure the efficient closure of individual in/out cases and process optimization. 6.Responsible for probation management, labor contract management, and P-file management to ensure that any questions or concerns are dealt with in time and labor contract is timely renewed. 7.Maintain and manage full set of staff personal documents and update necessary information, to ensure professional HR information system. 8.Keeps apprised of state and local labor laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance. 9.Responsible for performance management system and employee discipline supervision. 10.Assis in employee promotion and competency review. Document, update and maintain Job Description for new employee, promotion and position transfer. 11.Develop good channel to enhance employee internal communication. 12.Lead and initiate employee teambuilding activities and events. 13.Collaborate with Union, to ensure union activities in line with employees’ expectation.
