Project: Quantification of Non-GAAP Exclusion Items in Management Guidance and Analyst Information Production - Compiled data disclosures of GAAP earnings and non-GAAP earnings and reconciliation items (exclusion items) between the two in 10-k and 10-q reports of US public companies, completed about 3,000 pieces of data for 845 companies from 2017-2020, labelled and categorized them for each company's disclosure. - Trained new research assistants, assigned tasks and reviewed the data collated by them.
Campus-wide student organization - Undertook lots of large-scale activities inside and outside the university, such as organising and hosting more than 10 innovation and entrepreneurship events and activities at all levels, including the China International "Internet Plus" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for College Students, planning internal reform programme competitions for 2 times, and hosting the follow-up and implementation of reform measures for 7 items. - Managed the start-ups housed in the centre and provided them logistical support such as venues. - Responsible for full staff business training, new staff orientation, financial management of the centre, internal programme reforms, and competition planning.
