Paris, Île-de-France, France
I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Purchasing and Innovation Management at KEDGE Business School in France, focusing on procurement and sourcing in international business environments. Previously, I studied accounting in the United States, earning my Master’s degree from Cornell University and my Bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Binghamton. I began my career as an auditor at PwC, where I developed strong analytical skills and risk awareness. I later worked in the energy sector as an electricity trader, analyzing market data, comparing suppliers, and supporting contract preparation. I am now seeking a procurement or purchasing internship where I can apply my analytical mindset and international business background.
In my role as an Electricity Market Analyst , I supported electricity procurement and trading activities by analyzing market trends, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory changes. I was involved in annual procurement planning through forecasting, benchmarking, and contract reviews. I also developed trading strategies aligned with financial objectives and reviewed energy policies, submitting recommendations that were subsequently adopted by regulators.
At PwC, I engaged in projects across various industries from Cloud Computing, Healthcare, Manufacturing to Tourism. I specialized in financial audit and SOX compliance, contributing significantly to the improvement of the client's internal controls. My focus was on ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data, identifying, and mitigating potential misstatements and risks.
