• Effectively and efficiently manage Production to ensure Department targets and quality standards are achieved. • Plan production schedule for the team to ensure orders are delivered timely while maintaining quality standards. • Conduct root cause analysis investigation on production issues and customers complaints to develop resolutions. • Perform first-level troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment. • Coordinate and schedule yearly preventive maintenance for equipment. • Perform validation on new equipment and ensure technical and safety specifications are met. • Review risk assessments by contractors of maintenance activities and issue Permit-to-Work on site. • Participate and establish Failure Mode, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Control Plan, Risk Assessments, Management of Change (MOC) and Hazard & Operability Analysis (HAZOP) Studies for the department. • Monitor and procure raw materials to ensure optimal inventory level. • Prepare monthly production reports and analyse data trends on production output and raw materials usage. • Lead and coach a team of Production supervisor and technicians to accomplish operational targets. • Involve in employee recruitment, performance management and disciplinary actions. • Involved in facility expansion project and worked with vendors to provide engineering specifications and requirements for filling panels and equipment. • Appointed as Project Manager and Design Authority for greenfield project of new manufacturing facility start-up. • Participate in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) of new equipment to ensure no deviation from technical and safety specifications. • Appointed as Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and conducts internal audits. • Appointed as Fire Safety Manager and facility in-charge to ensure safety and reliability of the site.. • Appointed Lead for Company’s Continuous Improvement for the division and workshops for the division.
