- In charge of management of many TBs of daily 3G/4G performance data using a Hadoop cluster. Developed many tools to automate data processing and analysis. - Installed and administered an OpenStack cluster. - Main developer and architect of a critical access network support system of U-Verse. This system is used by ten of thousands of techncians and service representative for network management, monitoring and trouble shooting. - Work in testing involves lab, field and drive testing for various network and services such as xDSL, IPTV, VoIP and UMTS/LTE and on all layers of OSI models using testing devices from many vendors such as Spirent, Ixia and Ascom. - Author of many critical algorithms in areas of twisted copper pair fault detection and trouble shooting such as DELT and SELT. These algorithms are the brain of AT&T OSS network management and support systems. - Extensive experience in multi-layer performance correlation analysis for understanding of how lower network layer impairments (line errors or physical channel degradation) impact service qualities.
