I am an MSc student in Biomedical Data Science at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with interdisciplinary training in machine learning, bioinformatics, and experimental life sciences. My work focuses on applying data-driven methods to biological problems, including single-cell RNA-seq analysis, transcriptomics-based cancer response prediction, and generative models for biological data. I am proficient in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scanpy) and R (Seurat) for data analysis and modeling. Previously, I worked as a Research Assistant at Fudan University on CRISPR-Cas9 single-base editor development, and as a Laboratory Technician in a medical research institute. With hands-on experience in both wet-lab experiments and computational analysis, I am seeking opportunities in biomedical data science, bioinformatics, and AI-driven healthcare where I can contribute across experimental and analytical workflows.
