• Conduct the analysis of 300 hydralic failure parts (including clutch system, oil pump, oil cooling, filter, and etc.) and 150 electronic failures parts (including hydralic clutch actuator, gear actuator, sensors and etc.) diagnosing the transmission with INCA, CANAPE, BUS MASTER, bench test, vehicle test in different • Conduct material analysis of both metal and non-metal for oil pump stuck, also analyzed oil pump measurement like roundness, cylindricity, perpendicular with selfmade coordinate system • Conduct failure analysis of MCU of hydralic clutch area and oil pump controlled by transmission control unit(TCU) with power and logic devices with diagnosis of communication parameters between various MCU in transmission • Conduct failure parts returned from transmission EOL by bench test with SIEMENS and Team Center test, transmission EOL test procedure and strategy learned • Conduct fracture analysis to transmission park lock failure, spring fracture mechanism found
• APQP management of 7DCT plant industrialization, submit plant APQP deliverable report every month to R&D and PM to report plant industrialization progress. Connect plant with project management and vehicle plant as an intermediate person, and push cross function team of plant to finish APQP tasks. • Prepare PPAP deliverables for customer, and accomplish PPAP PSWs customer approval. Participate into PSW0+/1/2/3 customer approval of certain T/M, and OTS customer approval of 4 other transmission evolutionaries. • Prepare and arrange functional departments for trial production audit of OTS and Capacity Validation of PP milestone from customer • Organize, and promote the solution of major quality issues with 8D and 5 quality tooling as APQP/ PPAP/ FMEA/ MSA/ SPC • Visit and audit suppier production site with IATF16949/VDA6.3/VDA6.5 trained, accompanied with quality specialist, when major quality issues happened • Conduct quality issue meetings with R&D, PM, production, and quality department, went through the procedure of assembly and machining, like gear hobbing, gear turning, gear grinding, gear honing, shot peening, heat treatment, sharpening errors, and the working of DCT transmission • Assistant to quality management strategy propelling, improve work flow, and standardization
• Draft business plan for new investment project with teamwork • Investigate the investment project, like real estate, capital construction, and etc., accompanying costomers and project leader • Draft two chapters of the investment instruction book published by the capital to guide people to choose their own investment project
-Read over 50 investment applications and learned about financing procedures, cases and relevant laws; evaluated financial structure, performance, risk and operation of the target companies through benchmarking analysis -Participated in the due diligence of 40 investment proposals with focus on power scale, equipment setup, cost structure, market environment, profitability and cash flow, entered research findings to Excel and drafted a 30 page report for management’s review -Assisted the reception of the energy department heads from HSBC, Lazard and Morgan Stanley, evaluated project background, asset quality and market condition to develop merger and acquisition procedures of overseas investment; created 40 PPT slides to present recommendations to management
